All our departments work closely with clients to ensure that equipment conforms to both HSE and manufacturers recommended service and calibration intervals and everything is rigorously tested and a certificate of calibration is issued with each piece of equipment prior to despatch.
Our engineers are regularly trained by manufacturers as new products are introduced or upgraded. This commitment to training ensures the highest standards of workmanship at all times.
Our service register for all equipment supplied and serviced operates as a reminder system – we will send you a letter prior to the calibration due date telling you that your equipment requires servicing. We can then make an arrangement to collect your equipment for you and arrange for service work to be carried out. This continued contact ensures that the service history of your equipment is always up-to-date and allows you to plan and minimise downtime when your equipment is away.
Where clients require replacement equipment to cover that being serviced, we can offer a discounted hire package. Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours depending on which equipment it is and what work needs carrying out. For customers with a number of similar items, we suggest using our on-site service facility - our engineers are equipped to service, test and calibrate the majority of equipment on your own site – again minimising downtime.
Our pricing policy on all sales, service and hire is to be honest and fair to all our customers and to provide you with quality goods and a quality service second to none at the best possible prices.
